Turning your off-site into a recap that writes itself

The week after an off-site, the same email goes out at every company: “If anyone got good photos, can you send them my way?” A handful trickle in. The rest stay on phones, and the internal recap goes out with the same three shots the organizer happened to take.

The chase doesn’t scale

When the event spans four rooms, two days and a dinner, no single person sees most of it. Asking each attendee to dig through their camera roll and send files is a tax everyone means to pay and nobody does. The good material exists; the collection method is broken.

One destination for the whole event

Put a single canvas behind a QR code and print it onto the badges, the table tents and the welcome slide. Every session, every coffee break, every team dinner lands in the same place as it happens — no app, no accounts, nothing for IT to approve.

By the closing session you already have the recap: hundreds of photos from every angle of the event, sortable and downloadable, ready to drop into the wrap-up deck or the internal newsletter.

What the lead gets back

No follow-up emails, no shared drive nobody fills, no recap built from three photos. Just the whole event, gathered automatically, the moment it ends. See how it works for corporate events and let your next off-site document itself.
